Job Description

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies and hallways
• Operate buffing machines to maintain floor surfaces
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required
• Inspect property regularly to identify areas needing attention or additional cleaning.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Serve as a porter, ensuring the cleanliness of the building
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition to avoid disruptions in cleaning operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work - Preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to handle complaints or requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Additional Information

$20.00 - 24.00 per hour

Schedule will vary based on the needs of the property.
