Social Media Manager  

​​Full-Time Position​ 

 

We are looking for our next Social Media Manager to join the circus!This position will work collaboratively within the Marketing, Sales and Revenue teams to understand business needs and ticketing sales trends. These insights will be integral in developing and executing a full-funnel paid media approach harnessing the power of social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.Working closely with the organic social and Communications team, this person will look for opportunities to develop and enhance content driving KPIs specific to placements and platforms.  

 

TheSocial Media Manager will have the opportunity to:  

·       Develop, plan, and execute all paid social campaigns to promote the Resident Shows Division locally, nationally, and internationally as directed, for the showsMystère,“O,”Michael Jackson ONE, KÀ, The Beatles LOVE, Drawn to Life, Mad Apple, and Blue Man Group as well as future RSD shows as they are developed. 

·       Manage the daily execution of paid social strategies, including campaign development, copywriting, A/B testing, demographic targeting, optimizations and more to drive website traffic and conversions. 

·       Maintain budget tracking and actualizations for all paid social campaigns, while continually monitoringbudgets to ensure they spendas planned for each show. 

·       Allocate budgets appropriately to achieve campaign objective KPIs, such as Click-Through Rates and Return on Ad Spend.  

·       Analyze data to optimize campaigns and find new opportunities to generate ticket sales and increase revenue. 

·       Provide detailed paid social reporting and forecasting to management, internal team members, and external partners in a succinct and clear manner. 

·       Conduct social platform, audience, and budget research for both existing and new paid social campaigns, presenting recommendations to management. 

·       Work with the Communications team on identifying synergies between paid and organic social media and influencer marketing to further content performance and revenue. 

·       Collaborate with International Headquarters team on organic and paid social Cirque du Soleilbranded content, strategies, and results, as well larger digital transformation initiatives.  

·       Craft compelling ideas for new paid social creative solutions as needed, presenting those ideas to the Marketing and Graphics teams. 

·       Analyze paid social trends using Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, and platform reports, adapting to frequent landscape changes. 

·       Complete other job-related duties as assigned. 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:  

·       At least 5 years of experience in leading and executing paid social campaignsof $500,000 annually; 

·       Extensive expertise in MetaAds Manager. Experience with other social platform Ads Managers is a plus; 

·       Knowledge of paid social best practices and strong data analysis capabilities; 

·       Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task  

·       Strong communication abilitieswith a creative and self-starter mindset;  

·       Resides in Las Vegas, or willing to relocate within 60 days of hire; 

·       Ability to travel as required; 

·       Fluent in English, both spoken and written; 

·       Verification of the right to work in the United States for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, as demonstrated by completion of the Form I-9 upon hire and the submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the Form I-9) verifying one’s identity and work authorization;
