What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Cirilli Law Offices, S.C.?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team which is in office Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:00 (37.5 hours week). Wage is based on experience. A bookkeeping background is a plus for this position. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize jobs, and manage time efficiently, are needed for this employment opportunity. Candidate must have the ability to provide administrative support to various staff members to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Skills in Bookkeeping, Microsoft Office Suite, and Data Entry are needed. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness in all tasks are essential. Managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, supply and inventory management, and financial tasks are just some of the requirements for this position.
A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Management or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Experience managing staff is a plus. Confidentiality is essential.
