This role will work closely with production, supply chain, and engineering to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time. They will also support driving sales growth, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to meet client needs.

- Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
- Help execute sales strategies and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Streamline workflows to boost efficiency, shorten lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop the inside sales team through training, support, and performance guidance.
