The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can immediately elevate our marketing efforts and expand into full-scale growth marketing to drive client demand, unlock more markets, and position us as the go-to search partner across multiple manufacturing verticals. This person will work closely with our Director of Recruiting and ownership team to better drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Business Growth
- Develop marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition
- Support business development with targeted messaging and outreach campaigns
- Build scalable funnels that convert market awareness into qualified opportunities
- Identify and test new channels to expand reach and visibility
Content & Brand Positioning
- Upgrade and modernize existing marketing content and campaigns
- Develop thought leadership that positions CiresiMorek as a trusted advisor
- Create compelling, data-driven content focused on leadership, hiring trends, and market insights
- Think creatively to promote a high-impact, boutique firm in competitive markets
Recruitment Marketing
- Execute targeted campaigns to attract top operational leadership talent
- Optimize outreach performance (open rates, click-through rates, response rates)
- Build and manage email and LinkedIn campaigns across active searches
- Segment and activate CRM/ATS data to improve engagement and depth
- Partner with the search team to position roles effectively in competitive markets
Analytics & Performance
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Build visibility into key metrics: open rates, CTR, engagement, and pipeline contribution
- Continuously test, refine, and optimize messaging and channels
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years’ experience marketing for B2B companies
- Experience in staffing, executive search, or other sales-driven environments a plus
- Proven success in campaign creation/execution, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing analytics
- Skilled in content creation and messaging that drives engagement
- Experience working with CRM/ATS and marketing platforms
