Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead staff training and development to foster a knowledgeable, motivated team capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to minimize waste and control costs; coordinate ordering and stock replenishment efficiently.
- Supervise shift management, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
- Maintain a lively yet professional environment that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat business through excellent hospitality management.
- Create and update visually appeling and tredning drink menus using software programs such as canva or chefs menu
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment, preferably with fine dining exposure.
- Demonstrated supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with strong leadership skills.
- Prior assistant manager or supervisory roles that involved training & development of staff are advantageous.
