What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adventuredome Attendant position at Circus Circus Las Vegas?
Specific Job Functions:
- Welcome guests to The Adventuredome and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Provide accurate information about The Adventuredome, its attractions, and Circus Circus.
- Respond to guest questions and direct guests to the appropriate attraction, service, or location.
- Sell tickets and accurately handle cash in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Verify wristbands and collect or validate tickets.
- Clearly communicate and consistently enforce attraction safety requirements and restrictions.
- Safely load, secure, and unload guests from assigned attractions.
- Operate attractions safely and efficiently in accordance with established training and procedures.
- Remain attentive to guest needs and promptly report safety concerns or operational issues.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with Circus Circus standards.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Cash-handling experience preferred.
- Ability to learn and consistently follow attraction-specific safety and operating procedures.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide friendly, professional guest service.
- Ability to remain standing or walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work in environments that may be hot, cold, noisy, foggy, or dimly illuminated.
- Must be available to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
