Overview
It is the responsibility of the Attendant Attractions to ensure guests are safely loaded/unloaded on attractions and operate them in a safe and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service. Also responsible for ticket sales, arcades, guest information, V.I.P. check-in and all related procedures. Work is performed in areas that may be unusually hot or cold, noisy, foggy or dimly illuminated with long periods of standing and/or walking. Shifts will vary and night/weekend availability is required to start. Specific Job Functions: - Greet guest to the Adventuredome/Attraction - Give guest information regarding the Adventuredome & Circus Circus. - Sell tickets and handle cash per policies and procedures. - Verify wristbands and tear tickets. - Enforce ride restrictions. - Safely load and unload securely on attraction. - Ensure that safety policies and procedures are followed. - Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. - Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Circus Circus standards. - Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned. - Other job-related duties as requested.Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Cash handling experience preferred - Flexibility in scheduling; must be available to work on weekends and holiday - Customer service experience preferred - Professional appearance and demeanor a must
