Regional Sales Manager (Broadcast Television)
Circle City Broadcasting is seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to generate revenue across WRTV (ABC affiliate), WISH-TV (CW affiliate), WNDY, and Digital/Streaming platforms, including solutions powered by our full-service in-house digital agency, Circulus Digital Media.
This role is built for a seasoned, transactional seller who can independently drive business, lead client conversations, and close high-value deals across both traditional broadcast and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue across WRTV (ABC), WISH-TV (CW), WNDY, News, and Digital
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Grow and maintain key client and agency relationships
- Understand ratings, inventory, and pricing in a fast-paced environment
- Build integrated campaigns (TV, news, streaming, digital)
- Lead client meetings and strategic presentations
- Position digital, OTT/CTV, and programmatic solutions
- Negotiate and close traditional and multi-platform deals
- Operate effectively in a rapidly evolving media landscape
- Develop positioning materials for key buyers and decision-makers
Qualifications
- 5 years in broadcast, media, or digital sales
- Proven success in transactional selling and closing high-value deals
- Strong understanding of linear TV, news integrations, and digital/streaming
- Ability to lead high-level client conversations independently
- Skilled in negotiation, prospecting, and pipeline management
