As a Circulo Health Direct Support Professional (DSP) you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities as they pursue independence. If you’re someone who cares about people and enjoys serving others, this is an ideal role for you. The day-to-day includes personal care tasks, like assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and healthcare-related tasks. It can also include transporting individuals to and from work, grocery shopping, doctor appointments, social gatherings, and community events.

DSP/Caregiver Requirements:

• Attend required paid training
• Drivers License
• Consent to a background check
• A heart to serve

DSP/Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide services as determined by the team
• Assist in home and personal care
• Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds
• Assist in providing community activities
• Provide required in-home supervision
