Circuit Spring partners with OEMs to create tailored printed circuit boards (PCBs). We collaborate closely with our clients to design electronic solutions from scratch or enhance existing designs for better performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler / Selective Soldering Technician (internally called Production Associate) to join our team. This role supports the full PCB assembly process, including component assembly, cleaning, testing, packaging, and shipping, as well as setup and operation of selective soldering equipment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and committed to producing high-quality assemblies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the PCB manufacturing and assembly process as business needs require.
- Assemble and inspect electronic sub-assemblies and transducers following written procedures.
- Perform cleaning, washing, and preparation of assemblies for inspection and testing.
- Conduct functional testing of printed circuit assemblies (PCAs) using established test procedures.
- Prepare, serialize, and package PCAs for shipment, ensuring accurate documentation and carrier setup.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments; assist with inventory accuracy
- Operate and maintain selective soldering equipment, including setup, programming, adjustment, and routine maintenance.
- Load/unload PCBs, inspect solder joints to IPC-610 Class 2 standards, and submit completed work to QA.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency, quality, and on-time production.

Work Hours & Schedule
30 hours per week, typically M-F, 1st to mid shift
