Job Description
The Event Concierge staff is primarily responsible for effectively assisting the COTA Events Hospitality team in the execution of our events, creating a positive work environment and providing exemplary customer service to all guests including our premium members. The Event Concierge staff will work under the guidance of the COTA Events Hospitality team.
Responsibilities for Concierge:
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome & attended.
- Ensure that guest spaces are always clean and tidy.
- Anticipate guests needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Represent COTA with integrity and dedication.
Qualifications for Concierge:
- 1 years of previous customer service experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must have a service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
- Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to speak a second language is an asset
- Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/ or move up to 15 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
- Must be able to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require some outdoor work
Work Environment:
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
