Marketing & Brand Coordinator (Events CRM Focus)
📍 Tampa / Auburndale, FL (Hybrid / On-Site for Events)
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Brand Coordinator to serve as a key support role in executing marketing initiatives, managing communications, and helping bring our brand to life through events and content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong attention to detail, and can take ownership of execution across multiple areas, from email marketing to event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing (HubSpot)
- Build and send newsletters and e-blasts to segmented audiences
- Maintain and organize CRM data
- Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
- Assist with basic automations (event reminders, follow-ups, campaigns)
Content & Brand Support
- Assist in creating and updating media kits and marketing materials
- Write and edit copy for emails, ads, and promotions
- Coordinate with content creators and support light content creation
- Update website content (WordPress experience highly preferred)
Event Planning & Execution
- Support planning and logistics for member events and brand activations
- Coordinate vendors, timelines, and materials
- Assist with on-site setup, guest experience, and brand presentation
- Manage post-event follow-up, including thank-you emails and lead tracking
Social Media & Online Presence
- Support ongoing posting and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Create & Manage a YouTube channel and TikTok page.
- Monitor and respond to reviews (Google, etc.)
- Assist in growing brand presence and maintaining consistency
PR & Partnerships (Support Role)
- Research media opportunities and assist with outreach
- Support partnership coordination and sponsorship materials
Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platform
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and execute quickly without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working events and representing the brand in person
- Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and basic website editing
- Experience with content creation is a huge plus
