We are looking to add a qualified Fitness Studio Attendant to our team. A Fitness Studio Attendant's responsibilities include checking-in members, giving tours, signing up new members, answering phone calls, and light cleaning. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide the highest quality customer service to all members and guests.
- Check-in all members appropriately
- Give tours of the facility
- Ensures incoming calls and emails are answered in a professional and efficient manner
- Anticipate member's needs and act proactively to ensure positive experience
- Complete membership and retail transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility to our highest standards
- Complete weekly supply inventory
Skills
- Utilize strong communication to example company vision and concept of the gym
- Must be energetic and possess a very friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude
- Must have telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent managerial and organizational skills'
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
