What You Will Bring to Circuit Clinical:

As our Physician Network Manager, you will be asked to engage and cultivate our network of research sites and vendor partners in New York’s Hudson Valley, Philadelphia, and Northern New Jersey areas. The Physician Network Manager’s role supports Circuit’s mission to ensure clinical research is accessible as a care option for patients and the community. You will operate at the intersection of network development, operations, and sales, requiring a proactive, engaging approach with physicians, patients, and executives. You will have great familiarity in navigating healthcare systems and an understanding of clinical trials. You will support our existing groups’ clinical trial programs and their community events to help raise awareness for research.

This role is based in the New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia area.

This role will report to the Vice President of Network Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Support for PIs and Practices: Assist PIs with trainings and CTMS support, and work with them to understand their practice patterns. Facilitate on-site tasks (e.g., equipment delivery, office setup) while minimizing disruption to clinical staff and patient care. Address day-to-day challenges, including site onboarding, contracting, and physician issues.

Community Engagement & Recruitment: Scout and participate in community events; distribute study flyers and ads in local venues. Develop and execute grassroots recruitment strategies beyond EHR/patient calls, collaborating with internal and external partners. Engage local physicians for referrals and patient recruitment, scheduling, and education.

Network Development & Expansion: Identify and refer new sites, leveraging boots-on-the-ground insights to clarify patient pathways and expand the network. Identify, build and maintain vendor relationships (radiology, lab, mobile phlebotomy, surgical centers, infusion sites).

Marketing & Communication: Collaborate with site teams and marketing to identify areas for co-branding, to make research and Circuit Clinical more familiar to patients and make specific studies more visible and accessible to patients.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Network Lead and Site Directors to ensure communication with Investigators and Staff is seamless. Use Salesforce and other reporting tools so information is visible and accessible to the cross-functional team.

Experience

  • Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field, or equivalent in project management / relationship experience.
  • Previous sales, marketing, or recruiting background is preferred with specific knowledge of the medical / physician community.
  • Clinical research experience is desirable.?
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.

The other fine print:

Travel: Required to travel to our sites in the New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia area. You will receive travel stipends for the days you are traveling.

Exemption status: Full-time, exempt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
