- Receive packages from multiple deliveries throughout the day
- Unbox and visually inspect customer items as they arrive
- Prepare customer parts to be sent to production for repair
- Deliver orders to the production floor using our established processes
- Create shipping labels and prepare shipping documents
- Box up finished customer repairs with care so they arrive back to the customer in great shape
- Coordinate with other teams, both digitally and in person, to keep things moving
- Jump in on other projects with your team as needed

What We're Looking For
- Entry level: some work history is strongly desired (any hands-on, retail, restaurant, or warehouse experience helps)
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs (most packages weigh less than 15 lbs)
- Comfortable using a box cutter
- Basic computer skills for logging information and creating shipments
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with your team
- A strong sense of urgency and intrinsic motivation
- A lifelong learner's mindset and a sense of ownership
- Humility to ask clarifying questions, paired with confidence in your skills
- Openness to feedback and attention to the small details
- A strong sense of community and a desire to be part of a team
- Efficient, but patient. You can move fast without cutting corners
- Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
