Role Description
This is a full-time Prosecutor role located on-site at the Circuit Attorney's Office in St. Louis, MO. The Prosecutor will handle legal proceedings, including reviewing evidence, preparing and presenting cases in court, and making legal arguments on behalf of the state. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, collaborating with law enforcement agencies, offering legal advice, and ensuring cases are handled ethically and in alignment with Missouri law.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and providing Legal Advice
- Knowledge and experience in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice
- Ability to work with law enforcement agencies and demonstrate excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in courtroom presentations and managing caseloads
- Active license to practice law in the State of Missouri
