Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time licensed counselor who is passionate about integrating faith and clinical practice. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, meaningful work—whether as a second job, a stay-at-home parent returning to the workforce, or a clinician seeking to grow a caseload at their own pace.
You will have the opportunity to build your caseload based on your specialties, interests, and availability, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling
- Integrate Christian faith into clinical work as appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with our team as needed to support client care
- Build and manage a caseload that aligns with your strengths and schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Active Ohio licensure (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LCSW, MFT, etc.)
- Alignment with Christian values and comfort incorporating faith into counseling
- Strong clinical skills and ethical standards
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents
- Availability for evening and/or weekend sessions
- Interest in developing a niche or specialty area
Special consideration will be given to candidates who are available to see children and offer evening and weekend hours.
