Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for all auxiliary departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational performance and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to support organizational goals and enhance the patient experience.
- Oversee departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and accreditation guidelines.
- Establish policies and procedures to support effective operations and continuous quality improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff to promote accountability and professional growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning and organizational response efforts.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in behavioral health or hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, support services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
