What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Specialist position at Circles Of Care?
Job Summary:
Answer phone calls and emails to schedule appointments and provide customer service to clients. Gather initial data on new clients coming into the Circles of Care healthcare system. Coordinate clients to the appropriate service for care. Confirming insurance information and obtaining all financial and de data for services.
Qualifications:
High School/GED is required. Two years of experience working in a medical office is strongly preferred. Operation of computer and office machines required.
Full-Time position. Monday - Friday!
