Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for: Specialist Finance in Billing team Type of employment: temporary position, 1.5 - 2 years. Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) WHAT YOU’LL DO Take ownership of Billing team requirements in the JDE integration project; Participate and represent the team in all project related meetings; Participate and be responsible for user acceptance testing; To lead online and classroom user trainings; Take ownership and participate in data migration to the new system; To provide first line support after system go-live; Participate in month closing related tasks. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (can be last year student); Previous experience in accounting; Good computer skills (MS Office); General understanding of ERP systems; Fluent English (to communicate with colleagues abroad); Very good communication and collaboration skills; Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality; Improvement driven and good team player.
