About The Role

Modalways is seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative functions. This role helps ensure smooth office workflows, assists teams with documentation and scheduling, and supports both internal staff and clients as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Greet clients and visitors and assist with office inquiries.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining internal office processes.
  • Support client interactions and internal communications as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 employee.

Compensation: $16-$25 per hour (based on experience).
