The Circle Internship Program is a 12-week, remote-first experience running from May 26 to August 14, 2026, designed to give interns hands-on experience building the future of global finance. Interns work on meaningful, real-world projects that support Circle’s mission to enable the frictionless exchange of value.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an Intern on the CPN OFI/BFI Network Strategy and Operations team, you will support high-impact initiatives to scale Circle’s global payments infrastructure by analyzing network performance data, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and contributing to strategic insights that inform partner growth, geographic expansion, and product reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help improve onboarding workflows, reporting standards, and operational rigor across the network.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an Intern on the CPN OFI/BFI Network Strategy and Operations team, you will support high-impact initiatives to scale Circle’s global payments infrastructure by analyzing network performance data, identifying operational improvement opportunities, and contributing to strategic insights that inform partner growth, geographic expansion, and product reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help improve onboarding workflows, reporting standards, and operational rigor across the network.
What You’ll Work On
- Analyze transaction-level data to identify payment corridor trends and OFI/BFI network performance insights
- Build executive-ready dashboards, memos, and presentations to communicate recurring analysis and key findings
- Document and evaluate existing OFI–BFI onboarding and pairing workflows to assess efficiency and scalability
- Identify and propose improvements to operational processes, data capture frameworks, and reporting standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and external stakeholders to validate data and inform network strategy
Core Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with structured datasets
- Ability to synthesize findings into clear, concise, executive-ready communications Effective collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in financial systems, fintech, or payments infrastructure
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Current undergraduate or master’s student in economics, finance, data science, business, or a related field
