What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daily Living Skills Provider position at Circle of Wellness?
We are looking for a daily living skills provider to provide in-home services to youth in Waukesha, WI and surrounding areas. Must have experience working with youth with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Assist clients in navigating community resources and engaging in social activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure understanding and comfort.
- Implement behavior management strategies and support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Document progress and collect data to track client development and well-being.
Pay varies based on certificate/degree level and experience.
