- Luxury automotive sales experience is required.
- BMW certification is a Plus
- Strong skills in negotiation, account management, and customer service.
- Familiarity with Dealertrack or similar platforms.
- Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations confidently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and business development strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
