What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver Team Lead position at Circle of Life?
This is a Full Time position working Monday through Friday 8-430. This position will rotate weekend on-call for caregiving and administrative needs.
The Caregiver Team Lead provides compassionate care to clients while serving as a positive role model and resource for fellow caregivers. This position assists with daily living activities, promotes client comfort and well-being, and helps ensure quality care is delivered consistently. The Team Lead offers guidance and support to team members, helps communicate client needs and changes, and encourages a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is caring, dependable, and committed to enhancing the dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum three or more years as a caregiver, CNA, PCA, or other comparable experience. Must be able to read right and interpret the English language. Must have experience training and guiding others in the workplace.
