Founded in 2019 by two Occupational Therapists who wanted to do things differently, we've created a vibrant outpatient pediatric clinic where children don't just receive care—they discover confidence, joy, and new possibilities.

Every day, we get to witness little victories: a first step, a first word, a first smile of "I did it!" And we're looking for Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists who want to be part of those magical moments.

What Your Days Will Look Like (Job Description)

Forget cookie-cutter treatment plans. Here, you'll have the freedom to get creative, build real connections, and make each session as unique as the child in front of you.

· Play with purpose – Deliver one-on-one care in a colorful, kid-friendly clinic where therapy feels like an adventure

· Design with heart – Create personalized treatment plans that meet each child where they are and gently challenge them to grow

· Track and celebrate – Monitor progress, adjust approaches, and cheer every milestone—no matter how small

· Partner with families – Guide parents and caregivers so the healing continues long after they leave our doors

Who You Are

You're not just a clinician—you're a kid-at-heart with a serious commitment to making a difference. You bring:

· A degree from an accredited therapy program

· A Texas Therapy License (or eligibility to get one)

· The ability to evaluate, plan, and deliver care based on physician orders and professional standards

· A gift for teaching and guiding families, caregivers, and aides in therapy techniques

· Bonus: Spanish fluency is a wonderful plus—but definitely not a dealbreaker

· New grads? You bet. Bring your fresh ideas and boundless energy—we'll mentor you every step of the way

Schedule & Location

· 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (4-hour shifts also available)

· Located in Arlington, TX – local candidates or those open to relocating are warmly welcome
