This is a true cradle-to-grave freight account management position. You own the shipment and the customer relationship from beginning t - o end.Manage freight from quoting and booking through pickup and final del
- ivery.Communicate directly with customers regarding pricing, capacity, shipment updates, delays, and service con
- cerns.Negotiate rates with shippers and car
- riers.Source and secure qualified carrier cap
