🏗 What You’ll Actually Do
AI Engineering
Data & Architecture
- Build agents that kill manual work in Sales & Ops.
- Turn raw, chaotic data into killer dashboards.
- Integrate LLMs with HubSpot, TMS, and APIs.
- Help manage our MongoDB infrastructure.
- Ship PoCs fast: Scale the wins, bury the losses.
- Automate reporting so leadership can move at warp speed.
- Wire together webhooks and data pipelines.
- Manage services within AWS & Google Workspace.
🎯 The Reality Check
This is entry-level, but it is not "easy." We don't care about your GPA or where you went to school. We care about your last three builds. We want to see the repo, the Loom walkthrough, or the live demo. Show us you can get two systems talking to each other without a manual to hold your hand.
