The North American Retail Media Senior Sales Specialist is a part of The Global Digital and Loyalty team directly reporting into the Retail Media Key Partnership Manager.

This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth through strategic media sales, leveraging our growing digital out-of-home and instore solutions to engage key CPG clients and their agencies. Join us in growing Circle K's digital platforms to deliver exceptional value to both our advertising partners and our loyal customer base.

As part of our team, you will:

• Take part in the evolution of a quickly growing, exciting arm of the Circle K business
• Get a chance to influence and develop on the strategic digital transformation within Circle K retail media network (RMN)
• Work on challenges across the whole footprint of Circle K stores within the US and Canada.

What You Will Do

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:  

As Retail Media Senior Sales Specialist you will be instrumental in supporting the larger Retail Media Team in developing omnichannel media campaigns across the North American market for Circle K.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Vendor Communications: developing plans to help drive sales growth and maximize value for vendor partner programs with tier 4 vendors
• As experience is proven, may be assigned limited tier 3 vendors
• Special Project Activation: will be team lead for special projects like GetGo
• Special Project Activation: will be team lead for broker partnerships and development

DAY TO DAY:

• Manage a book of Tier 4 clients through communications (meetings, emails) to bring to life promotions and opportunities to help drive revenue growth
• Manage GetGo BU relationship and partnership to ensure partnership requirements are being upheld
• Build out broker partnerships and development of new broker relationship pipelines
• Coordinate communication between internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, creative) to ensure smooth campaign activation.
• Support Canada sales team and secure new business pipelines
• Assist with preparing and delivering sales post period sales reports, tracking documentation and OMS organization.
• Perform other duties and special assignments as needed to support departmental operations and organizational priorities.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years media planning or advertising experience
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Be able to adapt to rapidly changing environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Ideal candidate would be a self-starter and comfortable working cross functionally and as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor.
• Is fluent in English, both oral and written
