Position Summary
Maintains office operations and janitorial services by making small repairs, performing light preventive maintenance and keeping office facility clean.
Essential Job Functions
• Maintains equipment and office space by making small repairs, cleaning and performing preventive maintenance.
• Facilitates repairs and cleaning by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains Facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment such as Food and Drink Equipment.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Participate in training classes as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance/Janitorial field.
• Must have 1-2 years’ experience in maintenance or janitorial field.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from place of work.
Physical Demands
• Ability to crouch, crawl, push, pull, bend, stoop, and/or reach.
• Ability to carry, erect, and climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
