Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trailer Technician located in Midland, MI. The Trailer Technician will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of trailers and their components. Responsibilities include performing routine servicing, identifying mechanical or structural issues, and ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory standards. The role requires collaboration with team members to maintain equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in trailer mechanics, including repairing and maintaining trailer systems, components, and parts
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or structural issues with trailers
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in trailer maintenance
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and equipment required for repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in trailer maintenance or a related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanics or a related area are a plus
