    • Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with clients to assess their HVAC needs, providing expert repairs and estimates while engaging in meaningful conversations to address their concerns.
  • Prioritize excellence in service delivery, ensuring issues are resolved correctly the first time to uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to identify issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks on various HVAC components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and refrigerant lines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on HVAC systems to ensure the safety of yourself, clients, and their property.
  • Document all service activities, including repairs made, parts used, and customer interactions, to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication within the team.

    • Job requirements

  • Journeyman or Master HVAC Technician certification required
  • 6-10 years of experiencein the HVAC industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, including knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, and mechanical components
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
