Requirements
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and patient management software.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and patient interactions.
- Knowledge of dental insurance processes including verification, claims submission, and benefits explanation.
- Familiarity with dental terminology.
- Previous dental office experience is required.
