Center Operations Director:
Circle City ABA is seeking a dedicated and motivated Center Operations Director for our Gilbert center. This is a full time, on-site leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center while ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, families, and staff.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, team-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive and efficient environment that supports high-quality care.
Center Operations Director Responsibilities:
• Ensure the day-to-day operations of Circle City ABA center-based services, including administrative support, participant safety, and inquiry support
• Provide administrative human resources support for onboarding and hiring of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
• Facilitate and coordinate center employee training
• Support employee performance management and corrective action processes
• Review payroll for accuracy and completion
• Maintain electronic records in accordance with HIPAA and Circle City ABA company policies
• Attend parent meetings alongside BCBAs to support maximization of authorized hours, increase participation in services, and discuss financial needs or options when appropriate
• Provide website updates and marketing content support
• Ensure maximum center utilization through effective staff scheduling and client coordination
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for clients and employees by ensuring compliance with all building and safety regulations, coordinating facility maintenance, and managing vendor scheduling and center emergencies
• Assist in facilitating client enrollment processes
• Maintain tour readiness throughout the center
• Ensure productivity and operational efficiency within the center office
• Complete non-clinical opening and closing duties
• Manage purchasing and tracking of center supplies
• Assist with cleaning, organization, and overall center upkeep as needed
Requirements:
Candidates must possess one of the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related social services field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination and/or management of services, preferably within an ABA setting.
