- Expected income first year $75,000 based on training, and limited experience

- Present new / used vehicles to customers in an informative manner
- Explain vehicle performance, technology and safety features
- Gather and maintain customer information for sales and follow up in the future
- Build and maintain an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage repeat business
- Working with a staff comprised of multiple #1 and top 5 volume sales consultants in the region with no turnover
- Working with a management team which has been in place for almost 20 years with no turnover
- State of the art technology to acquire, maintain, and satisfy a growing customer base
- Multiple training techniques, one on one coaching, and a proven sales system
- Community involvement with several current championed causes (Habitat For Humanity, Humane Society, etc.)
- Upcoming faciltiy upgrades and the addition of Hummer EV this year
