Role Description
This full time, on-site Practice Manager role is based in Katy, TX. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality support for veterinary staff, manage financial responsibilities, and maintain an organized, client-focused environment. Additional duties include supervising administrative and operational staff, implementing policies and procedures, and fostering a positive client and team experience at the hospital.
Qualifications
- Experience in management, leadership, and team supervision
- Skills in financial management, budgeting, and efficient resource allocation
- Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
- Proven ability to manage and implement policies and procedures
- Familiarity with veterinary practice operations is highly advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in software and tools related to scheduling, reporting, and client management
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields preferred
