We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical systems and a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics
· Ensure all work complies with NEC, local, and state electrical codes
· Perform inspections and testing to identify issues and verify proper operation
· Install wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, switches, outlets, and fixtures
· Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Accurately document work performed and materials used
Qualifications
· Valid Journeyman Electrician license
· Minimum 5 years of professional electrical experience
· Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
· Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely
· Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
· Experience with commercial or industrial projects
· Ability to lead apprentices or small crews
