Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Buhl, Idaho. As a key member of our equine division, you'll play a vital role in expanding our dealer network and building strong relationships with tack stores, feed retailers, and equestrian businesses across the country.
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to equine retailers and stables
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them to active dealers
- Manage customer accounts and build lasting relationships
- Assist with product education, order placement, and dealer onboarding
- Track leads and follow-ups in CRM and maintain detailed records
- Coordinate with operations on deliveries and logistics
- Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale
- Represent the brand with professionalism and pride in every interaction
Requirements:
- Experience: B2B sales or customer service experience, preferably in the equine industry
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, professional phone etiquette, basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
- Promising Qualities: Ability to stay organized, follow up, and close sales; passion for horses and understanding of the equine community; local to the Buhl/Twin Falls area and available to work full-time
