Job Summary
Circe restaurant group is currently searching for strong, passionate individuals to join our Culinary team at all three of our exceptional locations (Circe Prime in Cranston, Circe in Providence and Circe in East Greenwich.) The ideal candidates will have experience in a high volume, fast paced environment. We are looking for applicants who are passionate, calm, organized, and willing to work as a team. Salary will be based on experience.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by following food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to the Executive Chef.
- Collaborate with fellow teammates to research, create and elevate our ever developing cuisine.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with high volume.
- Strong desire to learn and continue to elevate both the cuisine and the property.
- Willingness to work together with teammates in a team first environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent cooking skills with a focus on meal preparation and presentation.
- Strong communication skills with fellow teammates and chefs.
- Solid work ethic with the drive to always continue to improve.
