Job Summary:

Circadia is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations while also driving long-term improvements in financial processes and system scalability. This role partners closely with department leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely tax compliance, and informed decision-making. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing AP/AR, reconciling accounts, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and identifying process improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational excellence, financial insight, and strong leadership to the role.

What You’ll Do:

· Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Perform monthly bank reconciliations and lead the month-end close process.

· Manage sales tax filings and payments across multiple states to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.

· Partner with executive leadership and department heads to compile financial reports and KPIs for strategic decision-making.

· Use platforms like Monday.com to route and track ad-hoc or emergency financial requests.

· Identify gaps in processes and lead improvements, including documentation and training to support scalability.

· Ensure financial data is timely, accurate, and aligned with internal controls.

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required (CPA preferred).

· 5 years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting, including 2 years in a leadership role.

· Strong experience in AP/AR, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax compliance.

· Proficiency in NetSuite, Monday.com, and Emburse Spend is highly preferred.

· Knowledge of GAAP and month-end close procedures.

· Strong communication and analytical skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
