Summary

We are seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team at Kids R Kids in Lithia. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of young children, ensuring they receive the best possible care and instruction.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth.
• Maintain classroom management to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Provide care and supervision during daily activities, including playtime and meals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Qualifications:
• DCF 45 hour childcare training courses
• CDA preferred
• Proven experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging educational activities tailored to individual needs.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is beneficial.
