You Would
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities
- Be responsible for creating a new set menu every 9 weeks for a banquet style environment.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager regarding staff, menu, and day-to-day operations.
- No late nights! Our kitchen staff is generally done by 7:30pm!
- 4 to 5-day work weeks! With the exception of added on performances and special concerts (fun!)
