Circa 1898 is a growing restaurant offering a unique blend of café, fine dining, and casual service. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Chef / Kitchen Lead to help manage day-to-day kitchen operations and maintain consistency across our menu.

Schedule:
Wednesday – Sunday
3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations during service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage prep and coordinate with front-of-house staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen or chef experience required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable and team-oriented
