We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience with budgeting, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, technical accounting, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Duties:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records
- Prepare and process invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Assist with budget preparation and analysis
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
