Spring Law Clerk

The Long Island Office is looking for a Spring Law Clerk to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Attend legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research.
• Edit documents.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school with 3 semesters completed.
• Currently enrolled as a second-year law student at minimum, with prior experience as a law clerk preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.
  
  

This is an in-person position. Must be able to travel to office for work, and accompany attorneys for court appearances, trials, site inspections, etc…

Schedule is accommodatable and reasonable with academic schedule.

The salary rage for this position is $22-$28 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
