Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, consultative Partnership Development Specialist to join our growing revenue team. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to contract close — while building trust with behavioral health providers who are looking for a billing partner they can rely on .This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on driving new business while maintaining our reputation for excellence in the behavioral health industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Visionary and Co-Founder of Cipher on the sales process.
- Oversee the Analysis process of the Cipher business and shepherd the potential partner through the onboarding process.
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentations.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Track all sales activity, pipeline stages, and forecast accuracy in CRM (Jira).
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients and referral partners.
- Stay current on industry trends, payer challenges, and regulatory updates in Behavioral Health billing.
- Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, or SaaS.
- Experience selling to Behavioral Health providers or Healthcare administrators is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to close complex, consultative sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and payer relationship.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
