This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll Specialist based in Cambridge, MA, with opportunities for remote work. The Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including addressing garnishments, managing payroll taxes, and supporting comprehensive payroll services. The role involves maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and collaborating with clients to resolve payroll-related inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
- Experience managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients professionally
- Proficiency in payroll software and technology tools
- Experience working in a payroll or HR consulting firm is a plus
