Cioccolatier is a family-owned business that manufactures and sells high-quality chocolates of origin, which customers perceive, as premium decadent chocolates. Our sales associates must perform sales with patience, and dedication to the final customer, explaining every detail, and treating them as unique. Storytelling is a must. We need committed personnel, with retail sales experience, looking for a long-term business relationship. We have 1 position available for Fridays from 3.00 PM to 8.00 PM (closing), Saturdays 9.45 AM to 8.00 PM and Sundays 10.45 am to 6.00 pm, at Park Meadows Mall. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for collaborating with others. Responsibilities: * Provide customer service. * Sell products * Execute transactions * Conduct inventory management * Work on a cash register for registering sales transactions. *Cleaning floor, displays, exhibitors, shelves, floor, utensils *Replacing products on trays and shelves with a nice exhibition *Preparation of some products in-store
Qualifications
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service
- Proficient in basic math and retail math
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer interaction
- Experience with cash handling and cash register operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stocking duties efficiently
- Bilingual skills and experience in upselling are a plus
