Qualifications:
- 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred
- 2 years of sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or higher education
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Possesses a high energy level throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
- Have strong customer service skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic focused on the Service business and personal growth
- Work with all departments to include Service and deliver a great customer experience
